Thanks MIZU .. well Gaucho must get a move on. Stop sipping DOM and send some emails.

So you CAN do captions on the photos?! In the meantine, this might exercise some imaginations. A rather fragile/seedy looking auh20 the morning after the Goosenfest either forgot to shower or something. Only Jean will know!

Some more pics in our happier times--sorry if things are slow (@home is upgrading the servers and all our home pages are intolerably slow--Dec 5):

Great Photos, thanks BB! 160 clicks you call speeding? Come by next time and we'll rent an SLK or a Boxster

Hey Mizu.... let be specific . Not all the Autobahnen in Germany have no speed limit (unfortunately?), and with that darned point-system you guys have for tickets, you probably dont want to get caught...

I wonder, do you have a radar detector...???

Hey Gaucho, you are so well informed on German habits like point system and ...eh.. curry wurst

Didn't you know, that radar detectors are prohibited by law ? So, of course, we Germans don't speed at all, don't use radar detectors ... but drive as fast as ever possible on the remaining kilometers on the autobahn, where are no speed limits.

Guess, this is what MIZU meant. He, of course wouldn't get caught speeding: His car wouldn't allow.

Mizu-- nothing to be sad about... once our pal Bernie gets his new set of wheels (which shall surely have at least 200bhp), you and I shall go out for some extensive test driving. We shall alternate as pilots (the other shall be co-pilot), and we shall take Uncle Bernie as the flight engineer -- in the back seat...

Ah... Mizu, I almost forgot. I now have the cable to my digital camera with me, I will download the few photos I have and will be emailing them to you.

Gaucho: Sounds great. And since Bernie is the "rich uncle", he can pay our 10-pass for the Nuerburgring "Nordschleife"

WHO TOLD YOU I'd be the rich uncle ?
BTW ... NO 200bhp in sight. Since I don't really "need" a car (no ff miles remember ) I'll go for a small one like the brandnew Peugeot 206 cc or the Alfa 147 or the Toyota RAV, which all of course ahve no problems with 220 km/h ....
