SoCal OMNI prize presentation

I received from Rudi during the past weekend two OMNI prizes designated for two of our finest FT members: Jailer and Quietlion!

It just so happens that both happen to reside in Southern California which to me screams for an FT gathering. Would the guests of honor like to suggest some date and locations?

(P.S.to QL and J - I can always mail them or give them to you earlier if I should see you before the gathering.)

I heard some rumours, that even the cofounder/-sponsor of the OMNI-price: Catman, will be in Southern California somewhen in early December-2000. May be you can synchronize this?

We are working on sychronizing.

It will be a quick appearance. I have a lot of business to wrap up during my SOCAL appearance.

Hopefully can be there for the presentation.

Sounds like good fun, and it appears that Kyklin has been engaging in a little smuggling from Canada. Since the Nobel Prizes are given in Stockholm, I just assumed that the OMNIs were in Switzerland....I stand corrected, and hope that Rudi will represent his home soil, as I hope Catman will represent the pristine soil of his Garden State.

I am out Dec 8-12. The 7th 14th and 15th look clear at this point. December gets busy....Whats the weather like in Switzerland in April???

I'm in LA that week and can join if post work hours. Still whimpering that I missed out on the kokonutz-MrLimo-delacpa-wingless lunch while in SNA the other month.

Looks like my original suggestion of Tuesday December 14th 2005 is not as good as delacpa's suggestion of Thursday December 14th of this year. This year it is!

Thanks for the correction delacpa.
