Paging Chief Asst. Catcop Newself!
Since I will be at the second annual "San Antonio Swaree and IRish Pub Fest" this coming weekend, I need you, Brother Newself to wear my COmmander Catcop badge and watch over the boards.
You seem to take this job with a relish (and I suspect are keeping a list of all the yards of beer I owe you for all of your hard work!)
So if you pick a time next spring for a Long Beach beer taste off/festival, I'll pay back in full!
(I know some of you thing "why do we need to know when people come and go" but as Koko said it is a community board of what's happening with us!
)

This is the soon to be the 6 time ACTING CMDR CATCOP speaking! Yes, Yes, Yes, I will take the command. Lets see, the Yardhouse has 250 beers on tap X all of the beers that the Catman owes me...opps, sorry, I was on Cloud 9.
I have already told essxjay that I couldn't talk smack about the Lakers win over the TB's since they were missing two of their fab 12 but since she will be out of the country...I will have free reign and a badge to talk smack.
We will all have a very nice and quiet weekend without any fighting...right!

Give me a break... I was at the Yardhouse with you guys... ONLY 2 people actually drank a yard of beer! You guys need the "small container of beer" payoff.

I would rather drink pints and schooners of beer instead of those yards. Too much of a hassle to drink from them. Let me know when you are in your SoCal home so we can go out and hoist a few. Maybe meet up with MrLimo and myself at the LAX CO PC some Saturday night?

Commander Catcop says everyone be nice to our acting catcop Newself -- although buddy if you could ease on the smack... remember Essxjay can get internet access where she goes!
I only took 3 hours to drink a yard becuase I"m doing what the best Flyeratlkers do: talk and socialize and try to listen to everyone!

Perhaps an early year mileage run to London to drink a few pints is in order??? Silly thing these "yards".... for goodness sake, put a fine ale, stout, or lager in a proper pint glass and enjoy it properly. Next thing you know, we'll be talking about funnels.
