Catman Do Light (late September)

Since so many people are going to be busy in October, I'm thinking of making my little Catman Do light either the weekend of Sept 22-24 or Sept 29-Oct 1.

WOuld anyone be interested in either date?

nothing big, just some fun and maybe one big dinner on Saturday night.

Let me know.

I'll naturally try to make it whenever it is, Catman, but, FWIW, KSA-USA, ozstamps & others may well also be planning to get together in LAS on the weekend of 9/22 and also the 21st is my birthday!

I'll be in EWR from 19-22 SEP 2000. I can certainly change my return on my full-fare, $1700-CO ticket.

Sorry Catman, can't make either weekend. Wedding to attend in MD the first weekend and will be in Charleston, SC the second weekend. Something in October would be much better.

Looks like I may be in Ottawa both weekends, and San Francisco in between. *sigh*

I guess almost everyone's too busy for me.

Well since it seems you all have other other plans, the CATMAN DO LIGHT is CANCELLED !

JON Toner and AusTxHiker: if you want we can do a dinner on Sept. 23rd. And anyone else interested is welcome to join us.

I will be in Seattle Sept 29-Oct 1. If there is anyone with the remotest interest in getting together IN NYC on Sept 22-24, let me know.

THERE WILL BE A CATMAN DO TROIS NEXT YEAR AND I HOPE I GET MORE INTEREST FOR THAT. TENTATIVE DATE: SOMETIME IN APRIL OR EARLY MAY -- SINCE SOME COMPLAINED IT WAS TOO COLD IN MARCH

IT kind of hurts everyone's ready to fly to DUS but almost no one wants to come to NYC
and me

Catman,

It's not lack of interest for NYC in Sept., it just doesn't fit in people's schedules. I will be the first to express interest in Catman Do Trois (I've been to 1 and 2 so I've gotta go to 3!)

Don't forget that DUS is further out so people could plan for it a little better.
Cheer up!

CATMAN:

Please note that I'd said:

As Anna suggests, Cheer up! Please!
