New to boards

Hi everyone. I just discovered this little bit of heaven. Not since the old Prodigy travel boards have I seen something with so many interesting posts. Many of the old P people have been lost in cyberspace. Looks like I found a home.

I'm in the toy biz. I fly mostly JFK/LAX. And always on my favorite airline of the past 12 years, UNITED.
Trip reports and stories to follow.
Dan

Well welcome Dan and yes at times this can be a little piece of heaven for Frequent Flyers.

Great to also have another New Yorker and a United Flyer on the boards!

Speaking of old boards, is there anyone here from the old RIME or ILink?

Can you guys stand another newcomer? I've enjoyed exploring this place, and can't believe how much I've learned (and didn't know) in such a short time. I'm looking forward to a long and fun relationship! I must admit it's somewhat addictive!

Hello flyers! Yet another newcomer. I have tried a couple of posts in recent weeks, but haven't seen them, so I don't know if they made it. Don't own my own computer yet and am still learning the mechanics and etiquitte of this wonderful meeting place! Just recieved my million mile tix (april 19-29) and will continue later, as i am being kicked out of this school computer room. Bye for now!

Who I am....I'm a sales manager for Market Day (a fund-raising food co-op for schools) I'm one of those fortunate folks who gets to do something they love and make a difference to a lot of kids. I love, love, love, to travel, anytime, anywhere, and have been delighted to find this site. You guys are doing what I want to do, and are so willing to share what you know. It's the coolest!
Can't wait to get to know all of you better!
Cheers!

Welcome you all you newbies. This site has much to offer as some of you have already learned. There are also opportunities to meet others with the same bent for travel and learn the ins/outs/good/bad about many travel related topics. Hope you all contribute much to the ever growing knowledge base.

A question....on one of my first forays into frequent flyer heaven there was a list of programs with MCI and Sprint ofering I think 25K miles for switching. I can't seem to locate the info. Can anyone help? As a long time MCI user, is there any chance they would give me the miles NOT to switch?
Thanks in advance!
