Results of Gift Exchange?

If I'm not the only one who's curious about who received what in the FlyerTalk First Annual Gift Exchange, perhaps we could list our gifts here?

Surely someone named canonlaw must know when it is appropriate to open gifts!

Ho! Ho! Ho! Ol' Kris is begining to wonder if some of you will be slipping your gifts through the airport X-Ray machines for a sneak peak!

Canonlaw: Santa Dgolds asked those taking part in the gift exchange to include a note NOT TO OPEN UNTIL CHRISTMAS.

If you see a note like that you should follow it or Kris will be very angry and not visit your house with lots of goodies on his triple 7 (hey! who has room for all of those gifts on a rusty old sleight!)

ANd Kris, I certainly am not looking inside the nice gifts already under my tree. I can wait. The cats on the other hands...

Actually, I'm in Belgium and my gift is in Virginia, since I'm the only one in Europe who participated in the exchange. So, I couldn't open even if I wanted to! But, I've learned to write things down/post them as I think of them, or they have a way of slipping away....for those of you who questioned my ability to do the right thing at the right time (open Xmas presents on Xmas), let's hope your annulment request never crosses my desk! We canonists live 1/2 in the 13th century anyway, so we have long memories....

Cannonlaw, Is it possible to get an annulment after 30 years of marriage? If so does one get to keep all their jewelry?

Just kidding, I'd never find anybody else who could cook or dance as well. So I like Gisela will just have to stick with my first husband.

Lady Astor (to Sir Winston Churchill):

"If I were married to you, I'd put poison in your coffee."

Sir Winston's Retort:

"If you were my wife, I'd drink it!"

I did not know that the birthday of one of the most loved FLyertalkers is also known as Champagne Day!!!! (I have several bottles stashed for the New Year and another special day.)

PremEx: very funny!

PremEx,

I agree that that would effectively end a marriage, but it's not exactly the same as a RC anullment.

The only four rules for the gift exchange are:

(1) Please don't spend too much on the gift. ($25 limit)

(2) Addresses stay confidential.

(3) NO MUSTARD PRETZELS!!!!!

(4) Anyone who wants to join in is welcome.

Nothing about opening gifts before Christmas, because some of our FT friends don't celebrate Christmas!
