Best I can say right now is about a 50/50 chance of making it. Probably won't know for sure until late September. Sorry.

I don't know if I will be in Chicago or Kansas, so I can't get my tickets. If I am in Kansas, the trip will be free, as it would be my trip home. I will have to "pay" when I get home...two weeks away might not go over too well on the home front.

Looks like I'll be in Vegas around the end of October... Nothing definite yet, stay tuned!

Bad news, the car voucher will only allow me a free full size car. I'm working on National to allow me to upgrade using a coupon to get the van instead so I'll keep everyone informed.

OMNI: I have a confession and I hate to admit this... I have NEVER played REAL GOLF> As you know, I have played the smaller version (of which my accountant Frank still has the bump on his head) so I would like to learn.

Yes, I can go to Chelsea Piers and practice or hire some cutie golf pro to show me, but if anyone is willing to show me a few tricks I will be grateful (I.E: Steak, cigars, wine, etc.)

Hi all. Back from vacation, and now promptly planning another little one! MileCrazy, I have a friend who lives at the Orleans (he likes to gamble a little http://talk.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif) so I may stay with him. But please include me in any golf plans.

There is a remote possibility I might have to go back to Fort Irwin again in mid-October which would dovetail nicely with some planned vacation time in Vegas. No need for a hotel room... staying at my brother's while in Sin City.

As is usual, won't know any specifics or whether I go back until I return to SAT after this current trip.

Hey, Catman: Got two nights, gratis, at the Lady Luck for the 14-15th (Thurs-Fri), courtesy of one of the fine folks here at WebFlyer. She couldn't use her nights so she gave them to me.

Any update on the festivities? Golf? I should mention there's a chance that I won't be able to make it--won't know until the first of the month--in which case I will be donating that two-night stay to the first FlyerTalker who asks for it. But I want to go pretty badly, so I hoping for the best.
