I am 80% confirmed for dinner on Saturday night, but just waiting for the bosses from the west on their plans for next weekend, have a tentative booking at Hotel Laguna.
Definitely won't be attending dinner on Sunday night.

The Saturday trip may have 2 (or more) smaller buses. Pickup point/points will be based on numbers and where people are staying and will be advised later.
Still have 5 plat's to confirm activities.

Just need to secure those flights now. I did end up with QF615 BNE-MEL on the 29th for one pax. Wasn't able to add it to the second award.

Thanks to @Itsalongwaydown for reminding me to register for the events on the weekend. Booked for Fri and Sat night dinners. Not going to Aust Zoo as we only went a couple of months ago. Heading back to BNE on Sun afternoon as well need to pick up our kids.

Somewhat like gvdIAD I am dealing with a bit of employment back and forth at the moment. I'm still planning to make it, but I'm waiting right now to hear back about a job that would require me to move across the country if I get it, and I don't know how much time they'd want before starting and consequently if spending two weeks out of the country is viable. If I don't hear anything by end of day Friday I'll be there, seeing as how I'm Australia bound on Monday.
Guess I should book a place to stay in Noosa Heads. Any of the Airbnb/condo folk have extra space they want to split? I was probably going to go the airbnb route.
