BRAZIL do? Rio/SP in May?
Hi FTers,
I notice there's never been a "real" do in Brazil, and there are quite a few of us living in Rio and SP (and flights/hotels) are still generally cheap for visitors with hard currency. And Rio is always on people's bucket lists! Any potential interest in a do here? I am thinking May because it's low season, it's fall & weather is quite dry but am generally open to alternatives.
I'd be glad to organize/share responsibilities.
Anyone?

I would definitely be up for a Brazil DO. Unfortunately I would not be able to attend in May. No month is going to be good for everyone though. I would see who is interested and maybe you can gauge the best of time for participants and of course, planners.

Sounds good. Obviously anyone coming from abroad would probably have a bigger say in when to hold it, seeing as it would be mostly indifferent to locals. Why don't you start by saying when it would be good for you instead: would April or June work (June might be better as more notice), but we could look into later in the year, perhaps even coordinating for the weekend before/after the famous Buenos Aires Cow-do, if anyone wants to take a week off to do both locations...

I have previously attended the Cow Do and it was great fun. My availability is July, August, September, October, November. I am US based, but would also raise my hand to help with any logistical things that can be done online.
