SLC: AS DEQM mini-DO?

SLC: AS DEQM mini-DO?
So.
AS is currently offering two attractive options:
1) DEQM on new flights to SLC from PDX, SEA, LAS, BOI, SFO, SJC, LAX, SAN
2) on certain city pairs (i don't see it from LAX), there are promo fares of $59 and up (one way) during all of July, which is part of the DEQM promo period
purchase by date on these fares is May 29, i was thinking to do this on July 22-23.
i'm entertaining the notion of doing a few back to backs, or interspersing some other travel.
putting this out there in case anyone else has similar notions and wants to do a trip or a mini-DO in SLC, or one of the other cities that has the fares. i haven't started putting together an itinerary yet, there are so many possible options. it seems like to rack up the most miles in 2 days, it would be best to base the run from either Boise or SLC, based on the early morning flight schedules.
