Besides, us young people need to learn from those not so young, they probably have forgotten more game than we'll ever learn.

I think we also need a date. Colder months I vote for MIA. Warmer months I'd vote for NYC.

Turned 21 about a week ago...totally up for a DO. Also recently single, so let's party it up! NYC is my hometown, but MIA is fine too.

gj83, Several of us straight Flyertalkers went to GayDo back in the day. The DOs where you don't belong (?) always provide the best time! ^

  • 1MM Celebration tips
  • Techniques to convince your significant other that you need an extra segment on every trip or a mileage run every now and then
Trying to figure out whether to put you on my ignore list or pat you on the back.

The fun Flyertalkers are all 50+. Wouldn't you agree Poppy?

For those of us under 21, might I suggest taking advantage of our friends north of the border with YUL, YYZ, or YVR?

Either way I am in.

Don't belong? I'm straight and I've been thinking of going to a Gayla for a while. I think as frequent travelers we all know how to leave our comfort zone and figure out how much of a good time we can have!

Vegas I would save for a future DO as it truly would be out of control.

Mr. Hammer for sure knows a good time...thats why he's my pops.

As far as dates go, Im thinking Middle of April as that would make either MIA or NYC a pleasant place to be at.

That's ok. The Japan Do is for more mature (not necessarily in age ) and discerning participants.

Guys, the lady said Miami, why are we even discussing other options?!

But more realistically, I'm west coast and would be much more likely to attend a LAS, LAX, SAN or SFO event. Unless by some miracle this happens in NYC May 30th or April 3-6, when I'll be there.
