Short notice but the Edmonton International Airport Authority (EIAA) has agreed to host a get together at YEG as set out above.
There is a Wiki sign-up on the Air Canada/Aeroplan Forum in Miles & Points with some details to which confirmed and maybes can add their names to help with planning.
Today it is currently -29C (-20F) with lots of snow here so I'm sure everyone is rushing to come here at the end of the month!
