I'll join if date works. WCBS-TV just did a story about NYC support for Ukraine, included Jason Birchard, Owner Vaselka. They've changed their black and white cookies to Ukrainian Blue and Yellow cookies. I might go there on my own just for that. If a story link becomes available, I'll edit and add it here.

Ukraine May 9
 

It's time to get this project moving again. Our next dinner (#55 overall) will be Ukraine, 8pm, Monday May 9, at the aptly-named Ukrainian East Village Restaurant.

We are working with the restaurant to arrange a family style meal for our group, so would like to confirm a headcount and reserve our table by this coming Monday May 2. Let me know if you're able to make it!

I am afraid I'll have to pass on this one :( It's just a tough month for me. Looking forward to the letter V!

I've been trying to make it to one of these dinners and the timing was always bad. Finally, there's one I can join and pretty much right down the street from me. :) Count me in.
