Here we go again. Operations halted at DCA due to some sort of radar problem all over the east. Our 2PM Shuttle up to LGA is now showing as 3PM but there are CXLs all over the place as the airlines react to what might be an extended outage. We will be at the AW5B dinner whenever we can get there, hoping that we can get to NY today.

Unfortunately, it does not seem to be working out. Our 2PM left the gate around 530 and just departed DCA. Since we need to do something at the house first, we will not be able to get to Queens for dinner at any reasonable time
Not happy. 😕

Hope the food is as good as it looked to us and hope to see all at the next stop on the tour.

September is pretty busy, so I'm thinking the first weekend of October (2-4) for the next one (Cuba, most likely)

The next meal will be Cuba on the evening of Sunday, November 1. I have a location in mind, just need to run by there tonight to check on seating space and whatnot. After that, Cyprus on one of the pre-Thanksgiving November weekends.

Our Cuba meal will be Sunday night, November 1, 7:00pm at Rincon Criollo in Corona, Queens.

The location is steps away from the Junction Boulevard express stop on the 7 train, and is 3 stops away from Citi Field, which would be host to World Series Game 5 (if necessary) that same night.

Reservations are not accepted, and the most we can accommodate at any one table is going to be 8-10, but we can always get a second table as needed. So arrive early if you don't want to sit at the kids' table :)

I updated the wiki with the above info, as it was showing the August get-together.
