I used to work for a company just outside of Holland in the 90s, and Holland was MUCH more dry and religious then. I recall some of my associates who transferred up to the company would get dirty looks from their neighbors if they did chores on Sunday.Now Holland is home to a number of breweries & good ones at that.

Would definitely do it if I weren't interning in San Diego for the summer.
Still looking forward though to one in Kalamazoo/GR if possible in September-December if it ever pans out though!

I live in Kalamazoo, and use to commute to Holland daily...for the past three weeks. Until I was let go from my (new) job. I could go, but it all depends on how I feel financially that week.
I just got let go today, and I am pretty bummed about the situation. I will keep you posted.

Haven't decided yet on where we'll be going. Depends on weather, # of people, etc.
There are only 2 iDine places in Holland, but luckily one of them the Curraugh Irish pub (www.curraughholland.com) is directly across from New Holland Brewing Co
