Take Metra NW line from Cumberland or Des Plaines stop, get off at Irving (at a decent time) and I'll pick you up & drive you to the Do. Seeing as I have to drive right out to Des Plaines afterwards, you can get a ride back to your car.

I think you missed the Sox game Do last night because of Peoria as well, yes?
A VERY generous FTer has offered up some free parking, I've sent PMs to all interested in regards to this, please advise via PM.
THANKS !!

Transportation question
Just to confirm, is this walkable from Red Line stop "Argyle"? I will be staying in the area around Grand on the Red Line, so would seem to be pretty easy to take the train, unless I am totally confused by the location.
Any Chicago folks confirm this makes sense?

Perfect compliment to our week - we're doing a "Taste of Chicago" organized tour for the week and have that evening free. It's the only one of the 3 meals per day they don't have us booked!
goodeats, we're coming from Grand Red line too (Four Points Sheraton downtown) - so maybe we'll see you and other FT members on the train.
