I'm in Arlington Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week, February 6-9.

We would very much like to get to visit with you on Thursday but tomorrow I will need to check to see if the schedule will permit that. All I know is that we arrive DCA at about 230-3PM and my first stop is most likely to be at about 4 out near Merrifield. Will you have a car?

It would be fun to see you too.

No car, but right the metro line.

Oops. These sudden changes are getting boring. Another of them will not have us out in Reston this Friday.

For the second straight month we will need to cancel Passion Fish. Sorry mhnadel. We really are hoping that a third time will be the charm.

It happens. I can't count how many things I have had to reschedule due to travel changes.

Or one of the two new places from the Passion Food group (the same folks behind Acadiana, Ceiba, DC Coast and Passion Fish)? Both District Commons and Burger Tap and Shake are right next to the Foggy Bottom metro and seem to be pretty lively when I've walked by.

Any night but Thursday works for me right now, though I have lots of random other things scheduled.

Back around post #9 or so, there is at least a tentative plan for the 22nd at BTS (right next to the Foggy Bottom Metro).

Mmmmm, perfect in so many ways - time; location/easy metro; menu. Looking forward to it!

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to FT, but I recently moved from Chicago to DC and I'm always up for meeting fellow travel enthusiasts! Are these happy hours open to anyone? I'm definitely interested in trying to make some of these events!

The HHs are definitely open to all; it's always a pleasure when someone joins us for the first time.

Hope to see you as often as you can make it.

Please add flyastrojets to the attendee list. It's past time for me to make one of these. As far as I know, I will be in town.
