Orlando Mini-Meet?

I will be spending a few days in the Mouse's home town in early March and would like to get together with any FTers, local or otherwise, who might be there.

Is anyone up for a mini-meet for dinner on March 3 or 4?

I'm a maybe for March 3rd. Anywhere is good for me. I know you like Harry Potter, even though I don't prefer Universal, I'd go just for you.... but remember it's about $85 admission for the day.

Dinner is good, shopping is good. I hope more people see this! ^

I am a Harry Potter fan and I will probably go to the park, but I would not suggest it for the Meet as would be a whole day thing, I am thinking, instead, of dinner.

If I'm in town, I'll be there. Good chance of it.

If Traveller travels on skates, then I have outdone Melanie.

I've got a brand new pair of roller skates.
We've got two brand new Keys.

I finally was able to settle in on my trip, and will be leaving MCO the evening of March 3.

We probably will have a nice lunch and head to the airport around 3pm.

If you're awake and want to have lunch, just let me know.

My plane lands at 6 am (after a night with no sleep except what I might get on my 4 hour flight from LAS), so I will head to the hotel, grab breakfast there, and probably get to sleep around 8 am.

I appreciate the offer but I doubt I will wake up in time for lunch.

I'll email you my cell just in case you're up. We have a car, and getting around the area is no big deal for us.

It looks like my daughter and I will be at Universal from Mar. 3rd-6th. We won't have a car, so will be stuck onsite there (staying at one of the onsite hotels). But if anyone ends up at Universal, let us know. We will be there.

I will definitely be there at least one day (either the 4th or the 5th) to see the Harry Potter exhibition. It would be my great pleasure to meet you and your daughter.
