With the DO roughly a week away, anyone have any suggestions for a location?

That seems like an excellent choice and they are participating in Arizona Restaurant Week (September 17-25, 2011).
...It’s simple: Participating restaurants will offer three-course meals at a value price of $20, $30 or $40 per person, excluding drinks, tax and tip. Reservations are highly recommended as restaurants fill up quickly!..
Roaring Fork is in the $30 category.

They are tight on reservations that night so I took the liberty of booking it. I made a reservation for 6 people at 6PM. Please let me know ASAP if this is not satisfactory. This was the last 6 seat table available at 6PM. There is no availability for 7 people until 7PM.

There are some yummy pics on their Facebook page .
