flight problems
Hello,
I am a French student in a Business School ( Paris) and I have to prepare a Marketing Research for my course. The theme of my study is about flight compensations.
If you have recently had a problem with a flight (delay, cancellation...); it would be very nice of you if you could give me iyour story : the reason of your disappointement, what you did and how you found a solution (letter, court, compensation...)
