It was fun. Just when you think you know a little or have been somewhere neat you talk to other FTers. 6 Mo in Africa - wow. 7 hours by train to PIT for a cheaper flight - ouch! One more time, what doesn't LH own?

FYI: the Winter edition of DC Restaurant Week will take place from Monday, January 9 through Sunday, January 15.
Any interest? I'm going to be in Singapore for most of the period, so it will probably fall to someone else to make reservations.

He also is thinking about the possibility of coming out to our geographically challenged dinner on Friday if it is scheduled to be not too early for him.
So let's move it to a bit later if that will make it more accessible. I guess you can make the res for four at 8 and we can always change back it to three or (hopefully) increase the number if anyone else signs on.
I also figure that it would not be too much of a hardship for me to take people back to the Orange line if someone wants to come out from a civilized part of Metro DC without a car.
