Sorry, I thought I knew the answer to this but the repeated prompts to "buy your vouchers" has me second guessing myself.

Is 1 set of meal vouchers per day (breakfast and lunch) included with the purchase of a hotel room at the host or overflow hotel? I thought this was "yes"....

Yes, one set of vouchers (breakfast and lunch) comes with the night's hotel room rental, in any of the hotels.

Second person in the room (and locals staying at home), staying for no extra charge, must buy vouchers.
