Sorry for the delay in posting. I've been living it up at the Windsor Court in New Orleans with a bunch of other FTers.

This is flight info for awards I booked months ago. I plan to buy a ticket so flight numbers may ultimately be different. But, one thing's for sure - I will be there.

As far as volunteering, I need to make an appt in the area and am not sure if it will be Thu or Fri. If it's Thu, I would be more than happy to man a table Fri for a shift or two and/or sell raffle tickets Sat/Sun. I'll keep you posted by email, or PM Sharon.

Have to be in town the prior week for work anyway which works out well, so we're in Chicago Oct 10-18, so "local" in that respect.

We'll be staying at the main Holiday Inn Elk Grove hotel Fri/Sat night. Will likely take the Blue Line to the airport from the city on Friday evening and likely back to the city on Sunday night. If there's a shuttle schedule posted we will definitely try to work around that.

Room is registered under +1, and I'll need to get meal vouchers for myself.

Good. Could we have a shuttle? I declared as local since I am having dinner with locals and staying at the Hilton Friday night. Asked for shuttle to HI Elk Grove, but heard nothing. Need early shuttle so will meet up with BeachMiles and others at UA baggage claim.
