Sorry to report I can't make it. I'm wheels-up from SFO, bound for TPA, at 8:05 PM!

If only there were any decent BOS-SFO fares for that weekend!

I've got a travelzoo rate weekend booked at the IC SF that I want to use but the airfares just haven't made it reasonable! Arggh!

Maybe next time, Lucky

Count me in. I should be in town.

I'm a possible for this. Will be in L.A. earlier that day, and iif LAX/SFO fares aren't outrageous, could swing up to SFO for the weekend before returning to LHR on Monday....

I'll be around, so please count me in! Here are some restaurants to consider: 54 Mint (Italian), Fino (Italian), Passion Cafe (French), First Crush (New American), La Scene (New American), Katana-Ya (Ramen), and Sultan (Indian). I've been to four of those seven places and really enjoyed them all. They're all within walking distance of Moscone Center and Powell BART/Muni.

Of course, if we can't find something mutually agreeable, there's always the Cheesecake Factory upstairs from the Macy's at Union Square. But as a local, going there would break my heart just a little.

Thanks for initiating this, lucky! Look forward to meeting everyone. ^

I'll actually be in town that evening, Lucky, but will be at the Giants vs As pre-season game as well as a dinner commitment. I am flying to JFK the next day, but have time for an early breakfast...

can't make it but look forward to your next visit!

Hi Ben,

Sorry to miss you; how about next time heading further south from SFO?

Cheers,
