Help with a Survey

It's that time again... Hubby2e is in the middle of another school project. He's taking a branding class and is going to attempt to re-brand Sears.
If you could take a minute of your time to fill out his survey it would be a huge help. Last time he got over 200 responses and is hoping the FT Community will help him again.

Of course, he's not a professional survey writer, so it's not nearly as polished as most of us have come to expect when doing surveys.

Thank you... what gave him the idea to try to rebrand Sears was because it did not seem to be well known for it's clothes. Hence, all the clothing questions.
