I never met him or communicated with him to my recollection, and yet when I saw the news just now, I simply sat here stunned.

i did not know dctorres but we are all family here whether left, right, blue, red, straight or gay and can agree or disagree on many subjects but in this sad time, my heart goes out to your family during this very very sad and difficult time as caring for family is what it's all about
