24hrs Cancellation and AA Upgrade
I'm looking to make a booking from SFO to GRU via the Citi Travel portal, mainly in hope of increased EQDs as a special fare, but have 2 x questions:
1. Does Citi offer 24hr free cancellation policy?
2. Will I be able to upgrade the booking with AAdvantage Miles (assuming upgrade inventory available) by calling AA, in the same way I can upgrade a direct booking made on AA.com?
