Earning Citi category bonuses overseas?
I know that I will not be charged for foreign currency conversion fees when using my Citi Premier card overseas, but another issue that I would like find out about is concerning my Thank You point earnings for foreign transactions; do I get double points for foreign restaurants, triple points for foreign hotels, etc.?

I can confirm that I definitely get all category bonuses overseas. AFAIK, Amex is the only major issuer that limits category bonuses to US purchases.

Ditto. 3x for hotel and rail, 2x for restaurants and "entertainment" (the cable car to Table Mountain in Cape Town). Alas, the entry visa did not get classed as travel.
