Approved! This is another data point for churning this card, and makes an even stronger case of its churnability...I think I'm the first to churn the 100k offer specifically.
Profile: 23 years old, 730 Experian score, 20ish accounts open, including 4 AA Platinum cards and 1 Executive card.
The agent took 30 minutes from start to finish, and asked me why I'm applying for the same card. I had added an authorized user on the application, so I said it was to separate spend. I also has to move some of my credit line from an old account, but they did increase my total exposure by $5000 or so.
Awesome! 200k AA miles in a week!

It's there. Feel free to move or edit the churning info to make it more prominent.

$200 Statement Credit was for ANY purchase
My first statement has closed and I was given $200 in statement credits without making a single AA purchase. This should clear this up for the bolded red question at the end of the wiki.
Also, $450 fee did not hit on first statement. Which is different than my Amex Plat which hit on first statement.

I always feel when these deals with citi come out that somehow I'm being disloyal by not using the citi card for daily spend. I love AA miles and can't travel nearly as far without them but just can't justify giving up 2-5X category bonuses offered by chase for daily spend.
Made all the worse if I can churn this card! Anyone feel the same way? Interested to hear how you guys feel/look at it?

Applied my 2nd card minutes ago. Had to called in talking to a nice Citi representative. The application was Approved after information verification but the approval is pending "manager's final review" before the card to be sent.

With Experian, I have 5 inquiries in the past six months, four of which are Citi's. I could also wait until March 1st and then have 4 inquiries, which would all be Citi...
Bottom line: I want this card!

Approved for card #2!!!! I applied for card #1 8 days ago on 1/30/2014. I used the 100,000 mile offer on the Flyertalk page both times.
It took 15 minutes and just had to move credit around. They did even ask about the other Executive card I applied for. Seemed like he didn't care too much.
churn churn churn!

I will wait and see if the churners will get the bonus again before I apply for a second one.

Btw, direct Fraud detection # is 8664705331 if you are planning on getting a bunch of beans at once and want to pre-authorize it. May want to add it to the wiki.
