Looks like there are different categories.
Edit: US Airways offered 5x miles for Restaurants, Gas Stations, and Home Improvement on 3/27 up to 2.5k miles

Got the same thing and interestingly enough got this for the Biz version:

From the looks of it, this is valid on all purchases but it does not explain what "so much more" is in the terms.

Definitely some good offers. I had the 3X bonus points from 1/1/13 - 3/31/13 (which I took advantage of).
Today I received the following:

Also have had the biz card for about 18 months with no spending on that since hitting the original spend bonus--no offer on that yet.

I received 10x on Hotels/Car rentals, I wish I had gotten one that covered more purchases, but I can't complain too much as my monthly spend on this card is essentially $0. This will get me to put some spend on it though.
