Damn, and seems I'm too late for the system to include me in on this. I purposely made charges in China and Japan to possible get their system hopefully include me on such emails. Did this last month but it seems that credit cards usually choose these cardholders 2 to 3 months before the system sends out these offers.

What's up with this offer?
Boooo! Citi for killing my AA debit card then giving buckets of miles to all you credit card holders. I have a good mind to triple churn those Citi credit cards (again) - after all customers have a right to make a profit, just like Bank of America.<big bronx cheer>

In this case I would suggest NOT to use the card for extended period.
It seems our dormant ones tend to get this kind of offer (though seems always 20% but on one occasion there were 2 overlapping offers making it 40% in total).

As I mentioned above, I got a 50% offer. Just looked at my hubbys offer.... 20% until 1/31/12. One more reason for him to be jealous of my greatness
Looks like I'll be picking up the tab for most of our spending in the next couple of months.

Can you please tell us the difference between the spending patterns on those different cards for the last 6 to 8 months. Are they different? Does one card lack any spending for several months?
