Choice Privileges

I signed up with Choice over a year ago and have been relatively satisfied. I think there should be more uniformity throughout all of their hotels. Example, I have stayed at great hotels and very sub-par hotels. It would be nice to see consistency across the board. I know it will never happen and Priority couldn't manage it either. Simple pleasures go a long way. I want a paper at my door every morning, I want to have the ability to have a free upgrade to a better room and I want express checkout under my door as well. This is pretty basic and should be a perk for me. I am elite diamond super-whatever status and I feel that because I chose to select Choice Hotels last year to the tune of almost $30k that I should have "elite" treatment. That's my take.

You're preaching to the choir.

It would be helpful if you could post stay reports of your best/worst/other Choice Hotel stays. We like that stuff.

brownjd, Welcome to Flyertalk.

Wow! That's a lot for Choice properties.

How many nights? Average room rate? Which family? (Quality, Comfort, Clarion, etc.)

I think I had about 60 nights and I didn't spend anywhere near that much.

Yeah...You could probably stay the entire year for less than $30,000 at most Choice properties.

30,000/365=$82.19
