A Choice night cost anywhere from 6,000 ( very, very limited number of properties ) to 30,000 points. Obviously, the more points, generally speaking, the better the property. To me, the sweet spot for points redemption is 10,000-16,000 though YMMV. Choice almost always has ( though not at the moment) a stay 2 get 8,000 points promotion.
