Lost website functionality

Lost website functionality
So I saw posts back on this back in July and haven't seen much since then but I guess you still can't make airline points/miles redemptions on the website (or is this no longer a redemption option whatsoever?). It also appears you can't change your earnings preference anywhere that I could find. So what needs to be done to make this happen, call Choice every time and sit on hold for a half hour? I thought the point of website updates was to improve, enhance & add functionality, not to remove it and f*ck us up.

You still need to call in but they indicated the option should be back on the web site by the first week of November.

Cool, I appreciate the info. Sorry I guess kind of coming in cold for this, we're have they indicated that its forthcoming?

They have indicated a lot of things that have not happened with the new web site. Don't hold your breath.
