Web site problem
I can log into the Choice website with no problem. It knows who I am, what my point balance is, everything.
However, when I check on rooms at a given city for award nights, it says "not enough points". When I look at a hotel, it gives me the BAR, but won't show anything on awards, since it doesn't know who I am. Doesn't even have any way to log in.
At the top of the page it seems to know me, but the individual hotel doesn't.
Might this be a browser problem? Using IE8 at the moment.

I've had this problem intermittently. It appears to be some sort of cookie-passing problem. Choice keeps passing you to a different website almost every click you do. If the cookines about you being logged in, your status, etc, aren't all passed correclty, then this happens.
Sometimes logging out (not timing out!) and logging back in helps. Sometimes just coming back later helps.

I get a 'Significant Organization Savings' rate. It will always show that rate on the first page, but then when I go to book will show that rate as sold out. Turns out that if the rate is shown on the first page, it is available. I have found 2 solutions that gets the booking page to show the rate. Sometimes, refreshing the booking page several times will get the rate to show, but often I must log out and then log back in in order to get the rate to show as bookable.
