I'll be stopping in Suzhou next month for a day or two and have a couple of questions. I've been there before so I have a decent idea of how to get around.

But this time we're thinking of visiting "Pearl City," which I recall is at least a half hour from town. We're also thinking of visiting the Togli water town. Are they in the same direction, such that we can logically combine them on one visit?

Also, can anyone recommend a driver in Suzhou? Last time, we simply hired a taxi driver to take us to Pearl City, and paid him to wait. That was fine, but I'd probably rather hire a driver, if the price differential was reasonable.

And if anyone has a favorite restaurant in Suzhou, I'd love to get the recommendation.
