I don't like to mention mine on public forums but this place is pretty safe. I use 12VPN. It always work well. They have a lot of servers all over the world and focus on China a lot for which they have special instructions. They often update their stuff which is good.

I use 12vpn too, been ok so far. StrongVPN has been a backup for me but lately it seems to be a bit weak.
