Which spa in Shanghai?

Which spa in Shanghai?
If a relaxing massage is desired and not necessarily looking for Chinese specialties (Moxibustion, Gua-Sha, etc.), where should one go in Shanghai?
It's been difficult to find more detailed reviews for any of those that are located in hotels, except the Chuan Spa in Langham Xintiandi, which gets 3.5 star on Dianping. It seems Chuan frequently have deals listed on Travelzoo, so understandably the quality might suffer.
Though I imagine spas located in 5-star luxury hotels would still be the default safe choices. Any thoughts and advice against one another or recommendations outside of hotels?

I am somewhat hesitant about this recommendation because quality has fallen off the cliff during the course of the past ten years, but it still blows all nice hotel spas away from a value standpoint.
