Anyone been to the beach/beach area in Nanning? How was it? On my way back from a visit to Vietnam a couple years ago I passed by Nanning but did not see much since just went straight to airport (much cheaper then flying from Hanoi).
Beihai is just 90 min. away by fast train (mostly from NN Dong). |

Subway line 1 is in full service now from nn dong to Shibu.
Entrance to the subway is at the south gate of the East railway station with major stops at Langdong coach station, Nanhu lake, Chaoyang square, Railway station and Xixiangtang coach station. Ticket fare from nn dong to the old railway station is 4¥ and it takes about an half hour. |
