As long as you enter China while the visa is valid, you can stay up to the number of days you are allowed.

Why were you worried? The language is pretty straight forward. PRC Visas issued in some countries aren't so kind, but "enter before" means exactly that.

I think the issue, which is not clear, is whether the OP would receive the full 30 days. As already given, correct answer is "yes."

For other readers and to re-iterate information found in our Master Post on Chinese visas: Chinese visa terminology may use "Enter Before" or "Valid Until." Look at your visa. If it says "Enter Before" then you have until that day (inclusive) to get to a border and get in, and you will receive whatever duration of stay is on the visa (30, 60, 90 days, etc.). Even if that duration falls beyond the date on the visa.

If it says "Valid Until" then the day listed is the last day (inclusive) that you are allowed to be inside China. You must exit by no later than that day, or you will be in an overstay situation with possible fine.

Chinese Embassies/Consulates around the world may give out either version above, though some locations are fairly standard about giving out a particular one. Check your visa so you understand the implications for your itinerary, and when giving advice to others, do not assume that your visa experience will apply and particularly if that person is carrying a different country's passport and/or applying at a Chinese mission in a different country than you did.
