EDI to PEK
Work's looking to send me out to China for 10 days and I'm looking for advice as to my flight options - in Y unfortunately. I'm currently being offered EDI->LHR->PEK on BA, EDI->AMS->PEK on KLM or KLM/China Southern, EDI->CDG->PEK on AF and GLA->DXB->PEK on EK.
Timing wise the KLM only flight works out best. Flying from GLA isn't overly attractive given the extra hour's drive it'll add onto each end of the journey - particularly on the way home - but I could be swayed.
Can anyone help with the relative benefits of these options? I'm quite tall so seat pitch might be an issue for me, but it's less so for the colleague I'm travelling with.
