I am interested in the facts, which is why I asked what I did when confronting a claim that is surprising in one or more ways when it comes to the facts.

I had no evidence that countries in Africa with domestic service have even somewhat worse “war on water” rules for domestic flights than the US-style “war on water”, but your post suggested that was the overall outcome for African airports and that you knew it to be. I don’t fly commercially intra-Africa in the at least 17 African countries with domestic flights, so that is why I asked you. I had knowledge at hand already that there had been domestic flights in at least 17 African countries. If asking questions about facts is a game of “gotcha”, there are worse things in the world — such as the ridiculous “war on water” at airports near and far.
