Not sure what you are asking. "Latin America" is a socio-political construct, whereas North and South America are geo-political constructs. From a geo standpoint, a country is either in North America or South America.
Ref Africa - my understanding is that for the few countries in Africa that have regular commercial domestic air travel, the restrictions on liquids are either similar to or more restrictive than in most other countries. Of the countries in Latin America going North from Panama to Mexico, which of them wage the US-style “war on water” for domestic common carrier flights? |

Aren’t there at least 17 countries in Africa with scheduled commercial domestic air travel? Which of those 17+ countries wage the US-style “war on water” for domestic common carrier flights? Of the countries in Latin America going North from Panama to Mexico, which of them wage the US-style “war on water” for domestic common carrier flights? If you know, why don’t you enlighten us? I’m not interested in playing Intermet „gotcha“ games. Thanks. |

I had no evidence that countries in Africa with domestic service have even somewhat worse “war on water” rules for domestic flights than the US-style “war on water”, but your post suggested that was the overall outcome for African airports and that you knew it to be. I don’t fly commercially intra-Africa in the at least 17 African countries with domestic flights, so that is why I asked you. I had knowledge at hand already that there had been domestic flights in at least 17 African countries. If asking questions about facts is a game of “gotcha”, there are worse things in the world — such as the ridiculous “war on water” at airports near and far. |
