How long for additional bag screening?

How long for additional bag screening?
Weekend travel with one gym bag.
Clothes, electric tooth brush, electric razor, External Battery Power Bank is what is in my bag (minus the laptop and 311 bag). Never had this bag pulled for additional screening.
Different story on Friday.
Bag's pulled and waiting for TSO to bring it to the inspection counter. There are two TSO's and they are rotating who is doing the additional inspection. One waits while the other is inspecting, not that there are two inspection stations for this xray, they only use the one. I have to wait for 3 other bags to be inspected before it is my turn.
Is this your bag?
Step around other side of table so I can't see the image on the monitor. Exterior of the bag wiped down and tested, negative for explosives.
May I open your bag?
Yes, now the opening the opening is wiped and tested, negative for explosives.
Do you have any liquids in the bag?
No, as I stand there holding my laptop and 311 bag.
Next step she starts moving things around, finds the electric razor both that and the toothbrush are on top, opens the case, takes it out of the case. Looks at it. Then wipes it and the case down and tests. Negative for explosives.
Back in the case.
Back to looking at the image, next the toothbrush case comes out. She can't figure how to open it. I say, press the indentation on the side. I just say it out loud but, never moved forward but got "Please say back sir".
She opens the case and now wipes down the toothbrush case inside and out. Now I'm going to have to throw out the brush, they reuse those pads.
Yup, negative for explosives.
Back to looking at the image, more moving around my clothes.
I ask is there anything I can help with, you can unpack it I will put the items back in if this will help the inspection along. She just stares at me and starts to wipe inside the bag, reach deep in.
Still negative for explosives.
Another long look at the image on the monitor.
At this point I'm ready to ask for a supervisor when, places everything back and says I can go.
Never tested the power brick.
Yesterday coming home same bag packed the same way, wasn't even held in the x-ray machine.
Do you make a stink about additional bag inspection taking 15 minutes or not?
I was 30 minutes before flight closing when stopped (Not that B6 was on time).
