British Airways & UK Civil Aviation Authority to respond to Coroner

BA and the UK Aviation regulator have been ordered to provide information regarding Cabin Air Monitoring (none!) following the death of a BA pilot.
The report has to be filed by April 13th 2015. It has massive implications for all airline operators, aircraft manufacturers, engine manufacturers, oil firms and aviation regulators worldwide. (deleted)

1. Welcome to Flyertalk.
2. "It has massive implications for all airline operators, aircraft manufacturers, engine manufacturers, oil firms and aviation regulators worldwide." No, it doesn't. There continues to be no substantive evidence for so-called aerotoxic syndrome, and the interest of one coroner from Dorset is highly unlikely to change that.

You perhaps don't understand the way the British legal system works? A coroner's court has some interesting powers. I'm not sure "massive implications" is warranted, but it does have some interesting potential.
