Indeed. If government employees in the US were all subject to laws in the same way as ordinary non-government US citizens may be, the US jail and prison populations, including those granted parole or probation, would rise substantially more than even the current level that has the US being more or less the most locked-up nation on the planet. The TSA -- much like other parts of DHS -- are just some of the finishing touches on making subjects of all in a giant prison where the general population are but government wards with an illusion of freedom and liberty .... all while the Warden and the Warden's favorites can do just about anything they desire, largely with impunity, as long as they can get away with assigning it as an act under the color of legal authority.
