TSA Agents feeling the heat
A Culture of Disrespect Supervisors are completely parasitic - They don't do anything! |
I just contacted the nanotechnology lab at my local university and they are fashioning a violin as we speak.

|
Sorry, I don't believe that the agents are "slapped" and "thrown up against walls" by passengers. We would have heard about it.
|
Show us the tapes.
And I'm sure she (and co-workers) have reported each and every one of these incidents. |

The TSA would have post up on PV in a heartbeat complete with streaming video showing these things if they had happened. But, the TSA is notorious for fostering an atmosphere of justifiable lying, so I can't say I am too surprised by her claim. |

I have every confidence that the lying is encouraged during 'training' and will be found to be part of SOP. |
Said it before, but it bears repeating-screeners receive the level of 'respect' they have both earned & deserve.
No sympathy from me. |
I think we should do every legal thing possible to make life miserable for TSA employees.

A Culture of Disrespect |
So she's so unhappy that rules aren't being followed (pax aren't respecting TSOs, management isn't respecting TSO complaints) that she breaks the rules to tell us about it.
I am sure that there are mechanisms in place for TSOs to lodge complaints and suggest improvements. And she can also write to her elected officials, that's usually what pax are told to do. |
That's the feel good story of the week!
Seeing stuff like this tells me there is hope. When I think about the stress that I have to endure everytime I visit a grope and irradiate point, it brings a smile to my face to know that the Blue Shirts are feeling the same misery 40 hours a week. Here's the thing Blue Shirts. Working at TSA is a choice. Staying in the job and molesting people is a choice you make every working day. The fact that you make that choice tells us about your character. I have no sympathy when your poor choices make life unpleasant for you. Hopefully, as the pressure intensifies, more and more Blue Shirts will make the choice to resign their despicable job and earn a living in an honorable profession. |

Agreed, but its hardly surprising. Only a person of poor morale character would still be working at TSA so long after sexual molestation became a core value. If she were an honest person, she would not be wearing the Blue Shirt. |
