Should I report to FAA/TSA ?

Happened about 20mins ago, not sure whether I'm over-reacting or not.

Work close to airport.
Went to nearby PFChangs for dinner, sat at bar.
Brief talk with guy next to me, said he's been there couple hours, had enough to drink, and has to go back to hotel, smoke some weed, get a few hours sleep, and back to a 12hr shift at midnight.
Maybe I asked, but he said that they're repaving the airport runway using a new material.
Whats worse.....he's the inspector !
Didn't get the guys name, but he's pretty easy to describe.

Should I call the airport, call the FAA, or let it go ?

Its not a big airport, but United uses it.

Definitely worth the trip. You should also try those little desserts they serve in shot glasses.

What would you have told them if you had called? "Hey, I just spoke to a man who says he's a graveyard shift construction inspector, and I think he's likely to show up for work tomorrow without getting enough sleep, and while he says he knows how much alcohol is prudent for him to drink with dinner, hours before work, I don't trust his judgment, so I hope you'll trust mine over his and take action."?

Please... let it go.

This is absolutely something they should *not* take action over.

You could call the law enforcement number for that airport and report it anonymously. State what he said about being an inspector and what he had stated to you about his alcohol and drug consumption. Even if they do nothing, you can say you did what you could. I certainly wouldn't count on the FAA to do anything.
