First USA ---> Chase

Does anyone know when Chase will integrate the First USA United cards?

I would think within days, maybe a week or two.

I had an old GE Rewards by BankOne, a week ago they sent me a replacement - Chase Free Cash Rewards.

Not United card yet, but it won't be far behind.

Did you hear anything prior to its arrival, or did it just appear in your mailbox?

Yes, it just came in the mail.

But, it had an offer of double points till 05/31 which is actually 2% flat cashback and 0% APR for 6 month.

Maybe, just maybe we'd get some offers for United card too.

Got a notice in my UA card statement that it's changing to Chase. Also have another Bank One card now, probably one of the last cards that'll be issued with their name on it.

Chase must be groaning at their exposure to me: this conversion will mean 4 cards with fair amount of credit line and some balance plus a mortgage. Unlikely that I'll be able to get another UA card with bonus anytime soon....

This is the reason why I am curious. I have significant exposure on my Continental World card, and trying to figure out what to do. I dont like having more than one credit card account with a financial institution. Not sure if Chase would be willing to roll my United Visa credit line into my mastercard.
