Chase Universal Studios Mastercard
Does anyone have this card? Their site that list the rewards offered is a monument to ineptitude. Sometimes certain awards show and sometimes they don't. I called the contact number to question this and was told they didn't know why. Even the ones that show don't explain what the reward is. Another reward says "here is a list of all the extras that come with this package <>", so of cource you can't click it to see the extras. This call to the contact number to let them know this was met with "oh".
Another call to the contact number to find out if the hotel awards are capacity controlled was met with "we don't know."
