FAQ

Q: Where can I find the eligible restaurants?
1) Under the "Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables" section on https://account.chase.com/sapphire/reserve/benefits, there is link to the complete list on Opentable.
2) You can filter your Opentable search for Chase Sapphire Reserve eligible restaurants. There is no badge, but there is a "Curated by Chase Sapphire Reserve" notation on the restaurant page.

Q: Do I have to make a reservation through OpenTable?
A: No

Q: Can I do takeout/delivery/gift cards?
A: Yes. As long as the charge is directly processed by the restaurant, Chase does not know if it was a dine in or another type of order

That's a full list of restaurants eligible for the dining credit.

Just go to your app, and click on the Benefits & Travel icon. Then click Reserve a Table icon at the top. It will take to you a page with all the restaurants sorted by cities.

It seems to be fairly up-to-date. A new restaurant that was added to OpenTable last week is on the list already.

This is great, thanks. Very clear list of the restaurants and that the credit would apply.
Wish they would make the website as easy to use.

I'd love to hear if anyone has luck getting the credit on an online gift card purchase. That would be the only way we'd be able to use this credit in 2026H1 (lots of travel, but none to any of the host cities).

I highly doubt youll succeed at this. Online gift cards are almost always processed differently and dont get restaurant credit. Not connected to this, I have sometimes succeeded at calling a restaurant out of town that doesnt have online gift cards and asking them to mail someone a gift card. Like if Im getting a gift for someone, theyll ship the card to someone. It would take some effort, but if you know youll be in one of the cities in the future might be worth trying.

I Live in NYC..so obviously can get use out of this, but generally speaking it is amazing how hard Chase made it to use these credits.

Got my $150 for eating at a listed spot. No points removed for the $150 credit.

I think it's only the $300 general travel credit that doesn't get any point credit.

I dont know if the terms for that have been released yet. I just went to my benefits list to verify my suspicions on the Edit credits.

Neither here nor there, but I do love everyone calling it the IHG credit. There are some other good brands included, but none my prevalent than IHG for sure.

You could call the restaurant and there's about a 90% chance the person answering the phone would just tell you if you get creative about how you ask.

For example, if you click through to gift certificates on the Gary Danko website, you eventually get to a Toast interface. I might just give this a shot. If I could collect three $150 GCs between now and July, thats a very high-end, almost free, dinner for two in San Francisco.
